We focus on building bone and muscle strength and enhancing mobility, working at a gentler pace than my other classes, and progressing towards intermediate level exercises.

For people with experience of Pilates (or fit beginners). Different options are given so you can find the level of challenge you want.  We use a range of equipment such as resistance bands and toning circles.
